My story
I've spent over 5 years as a Microsoft 365 and Power Platform administrator at a Dubai energy company — building the kind of internal tools that make teams more efficient. Approval workflows that replaced email chains. Apps that replaced spreadsheets. SharePoint setups that actually made sense.
What I noticed was that the problems I was solving at an enterprise level were exactly the same problems small businesses were struggling with — but small businesses couldn't afford enterprise agencies or full-time IT departments.
